Crepe Jackpot Official Rules & Terms

1. Overview
The Crepe Jackpot is a promotional giveaway where customers earn one (1) entry for every
crepe purchased. Weekly drawings offer a chance to win gift cards and free crepes, while grand
prize drawings every two (2) months feature a PlayStation 5, a Nintendo Switch, or Ray-Ban
Meta Smart Glasses.
By participating in this jackpot, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
No purchase of crêpe necessary for entry. Virtual entry possible (see Section 4 for details).
3. How to Enter
Each crepe purchased at Crêpe Jackpot earns one (1) entry into the current drawing.
Entries are tracked via physical tickets and photos of customers with their ticket(s).
Customers must provide their name, phone number, and/or email address to be contacted if
they win.
All entries reset after each bi-monthly drawing.
Bonus Entries
Follow @crepejackpot on Instagram and show proof for one (1) additional entry per visit.
Customers must be following the Instagram page at the time of the drawing.
Tag @crepejackpot in an Instagram story featuring your crepe for one (1) extra entry (limit one
per week).
4. No Crêpe Purchase Necessary OR Virtual Entry
To enter virtually or without buying a crêpe, contact @crepejackpot through Instagram DM or
email crepejackpot@gmail.com.
Each ticket costs $2. Photo ID must be presented to receive the ticket and to receive the prize.
5. Prizes & Drawing Schedule
Weekly Drawings
Prizes:
Gift Cards ($10–$50 value)
Free Crepes (up to 3 winners per week)
Drawings are held every Saturday at 6:00 PM PT
Winners must contact Crêpe Jackpot through Instagram DM and show proof that they have the
ticket and are the person that bought the crêpe.
Bi-Monthly Grand Prize Drawings (Every 2 Months)
Grand Prize Options (1 Winner):
PlayStation 5
Nintendo Switch
Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses
Entries reset after each grand prize drawing.
6. Claiming Prizes
Weekly prize winners must claim their prize within 7 days.
Grand prize winners must claim their prize within 14 days and may be required to show a valid
ID.
If a prize is not claimed within the deadline, another winner may be selected.
7. General Rules
This jackpot is void where prohibited by law.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
By entering, participants agree to allow Crêpe Jackpot to use their name and/or social media
handle for promotional purposes.
Any fraudulent or abusive activity (such as using fake accounts for bonus entries) may result in
disqualification.
Crêpe Jackpot reserves the right to cancel or modify the jackpot at any time without prior notice.
